All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments may be processed via third-party providers such as Stripe, Whop, GHL, or others.

By purchasing a service, you authorize us (and third-party processors) to charge your selected payment method.

B. Refund Policy

Unless specifically stated within a program agreement or offer:

  • All sales are final.
  • Coaching, workshops, digital products, and online courses are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
  • If the program includes a guarantee, conditions of that guarantee apply only as explicitly stated in writing.

C. Payment Plans

If you enter a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments. Failure to do so may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Collections activity
  • Legal action

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Coaching Sessions

If you book a coaching session or consultation:

  • You must attend at the scheduled time
  • Missed or no-show sessions may not be rescheduled unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary

Workshops, Courses, and Programs

Access to digital products begins immediately upon purchase unless otherwise noted.

5. No Guarantees of Results

We provide education, coaching, and strategic guidance. However:

We do not guarantee outcomes such as promotions, salary increases, business growth, or personal transformation.

Your success depends on your own:

  • Commitment

  • Environment

  • Curriculum
  • Frameworks (including FUEL and IAS)
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Worksheets
  • Digital courses
  • Written content
  • Coaching materials

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, share, or distribute materials to non-clients
  • Reproduce or resell our content
  • Use our materials to create your own programs, unless explicitly licensed

Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Participate fully and honestly
  • Complete assignments, tasks, or assessments
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally
  • Use coaching insights ethically and responsibly
  • Not record sessions without written consent

You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
