I remember feeling like I had hit rock bottom. It was 2017, and I had just taken a promotion at a struggling company, hoping to turn things around. But I quickly faced resistance from every angle—long hours, missed metrics, and a team that wouldn’t trust me. At home, I was adjusting to a new marriage and a newborn. The weight of everything felt unbearable. Then came the tipping point: I was forced to discipline a supervisor without knowing the full story, which shattered the fragile trust I had with my team. It was my lowest moment. I felt like an imposter.

But out of that pain, I found purpose. A recruiter offered me a role at a startup, and I saw it as a reset. I prayed, studied leadership, and immersed myself in the teachings of John C. Maxwell and Dr. Myles Monroe. Within months, I rediscovered my calling: to empower others to lead with authenticity and purpose.

That turning point transformed me. I went on to build successful teams, earning my MBA and becoming a certified coach. Today, I’m the go-to leader for boosting engagement and driving results. I know what it’s like to feel stuck and how to lead through it with purpose.
